Can you ship ammunition




















I had my brother send me rds of factory. Package weight was Upon receiving the package, only the rds of 9mm and a pocket knife were inside the mangled box. UPS investigation claims my brother improperly packaged the ammo. How can a package be damaged, and be resealed, yet only be missing the complete, and precise amount of rds!!?

Did they say why? I believe after reading on the UPS website, the best course of action is to take it to a UPS shipping center unpackaged and have them do the whole shipment for you.
